PRICING:

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to adjust/alter prices at any time without prior notice. All pricing excludes local freight where applicable.

HOURS OF SERVICE:

For ordering online, the site is a 24 hour, all day service. Our office is staffed between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Outside these hours you can email us sales@maxumcollection.co.nz and your email will be responded to upon our return to the office.

SAMPLES:

All samples are non returnable – no exceptions.
Samples under $10.00 are supplied free of charge.
Samples over $10.00 are charged with a 20% discount.
Samples are sent freight free.

ORDER DELIVERY & CHARGES:

Orders received by 2.30pm will be sent by our contracted freight providers and target delivery dates are below:

Auckland Metropolitan Area – next day delivery.
Outer Auckland and other North Island destinations – next day delivery.
South Island destinations as far South and including Christchurch – next day delivery.
South Island destinations South of Christchurch – delivery 2 business days.

Orders received in the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. If Monday is a Public Holiday, the order will be despatched next business day.

We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order within the target delivery times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by transport problems outside of our control. Every effort is made to courier or freight orders by the most efficient and cost-effective method.

Freight will be charged for delivery of Un Branded goods to Customers and 3rd party branders.

PAYMENT:

Payment terms are strictly 20th of the month following delivery, subject to credit application and approval. If payment for the goods is not made on the due date, then without prejudice to any other remedies available to us:

  • a) We may cancel or withhold supply of further goods;
  • b) Interest on monies overdue shall be charged daily and be calculated by adding 3% per annum to the overdraft rate payable by us to our bankers at the time of and during such default and interest shall continue to accrue both before and after judgement.
  • c) You shall be responsible for all collection costs, fees and charges incurred or expended in recovering payment of your account.

All credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.

RECEIVING AN ORDER:

Every care is taken on dispatch of product, but occasionally error does occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product meets their specification prior to branding. It is the customers responsibility if delivered to a third party to ensure all deliveries are correct in terms of product, size, colour and quantity. Branded product will not be accepted for return.

DEFECT PRODUCTS:

Our warehouse team inspect every order before dispatch to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive an item which is faulty please call us upon delivery prior to any branding of the item to arrange a replacement/return.

RETURNS:

Returns will only be accepted provided that:

  • a) The seller has agreed in writing to accept the return of the goods; and
  • b) The goods are returned at the customer’s cost within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date
  • c) The goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all the packaging material in as new condition and undecorated.

Samples are not returnable for credit – no exceptions.

Orders may be cancelled or changed by calling us if the order has not already been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched freight charges will still be payable.

All returns must include your order or dispatch confirmation number so that we can credit your account.

BRANDER PRINT PRICING

All orders for print are to be organised directly with the brander. If product is to be decorated by a 3rd party brander then artwork and the associated files are to be provided directly to the brander.

Freight will be charged for delivery of Un Branded goods to 3rd party branders.

Maxum Engraving / Maxum Print

Product images and specifications in our catalogue and website are for reference only. Every care is taken to ensure that this information is accurate.

Colours are a guide only and can display differently depending on the settings and screen which the product is viewed on.

Branding shown on products in this website are for reference only and all product is supplied unbranded. All accessories shown are for display purposes only and not included in the price of the goods.

Information provided will not be sold or distributed to any third party. The exception to this is shipping companies, freight forwarders and transport providers as needed. This information is essential to ensure delivery of your order.

You have the right to request a copy of all information held about yourself and the right to request any changes to this information we retain about you.
